# Contact form privacy

When you submit the form, you provide your name, email address, company or activity if included, your enquiry and your consent for Idoneos to use these details to reply to you.

Your enquiry is emailed to Walter Jerusalinsky at `walterjj@idoneos.com` through Amazon Web Services in the `us-east-1` region. Your email is used as the reply address. The form does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

To limit abusive submissions, the service uses an identifier derived from the IP address using HMAC and a temporary counter. The rate limit table does not store your enquiry. The application does not log the message body; function logs are retained for 14 days.

The contact service does not maintain a queue or database of enquiries. An accepted enquiry is passed to the email system and may be retained in the mailbox to manage the conversation.

Do not send passwords or confidential information about others. To ask about the use of your details or request their deletion, email [info@idoneos.com](mailto:info@idoneos.com).
